This place was such a great find when another reservation fell through! It was around Christmas, and the festive decorations added so much charm. The drinks were absolutely delicious and very affordable, especially for the area. I started with chips and guac (classic and tasty) and had a burritas for my main dish, which was fantastic. Our server was super kind and efficient, making the whole experience perfect from start to finish. I can't wait to go back!

Everything we tried was delicious. They have a great selection and their chips are the best I've ever had. Not sure how they do it. When I want chips I'd love to just buy them here. I highly recommend you give this taqueria a try.
Great ambiance, happy hour so great prices. Luis was our bartender for the night and he was very nice and got our drinks in a timely manner. We did have the steak quesadilla which was good. Will definitely be back.
Seriously WOW! Some of the best tacos I've had in NYC and partnered with the amazing prices, run don't walk and try this place out!! Chill sit-down taco place with such a great vibe. Good food with great prices and excellent table side service. Yummy drinks also. Small but worth the wait for inside or outdoor dining.
I've only rarely had tacos here, despite the name. I mainly come on Fridays for their chiles rellenos special. That's green poblano chiles stuffed with cheese and served with a wonderful red sauce. They're so labor-intensive to make, they only serve them one day a week. Once a customer told me their steak tacos are just like Mexico City street tacos, and she thought they were the best in NY. I've never been to Mexico, but tried the steak taco, and it really is good. Good happy hour specials on beer and margaritas. In addition to red salsa, they make a slightly hotter one you can have for an extra dollar, which I usually (always) do.
Best sit-down tacos in the city. Chips are delicious, salty and delicate, salsa perfectly spicy and so super cheap for the area! Average $4/taco. Definitely get the carnitas, steak, chorizo
Went here with my girlfriend for a the first time a few months ago and it was a TERRIBLE experience. Our waiter flat out SUCKED. She was cold, ignored us for a solid 45mins and just didn't know what a waiter was supposed to do. That was such a bad experience it overshadowed the food. BUT, when you want tacos, you want tacos. Luckily I gave it another try and thankfully have not had that waitress since and everything has been amazing. Tacos never disappoint, THEY HAVE HORCHATA, the chips and salsa slap. I've taken everyone and anyone that ever wants to grab dinner with me here. 10/10 spot. Prices are unreal and the vibe is immaculate. DON'T MISS OUT!
